The Clarence Unit in Gosport is a blueprint for our response to
COVID-19
In a special collaboration between Hampshire County Council and local NHS partners, the Clarence Unit at Woodcot Lodge, offers temporary support to patients leaving Queen Alexandra Hospital. A team of dedicated care staff, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists work with patients to plan their rehabilitation, recovery and onward care arrangements.

Reablement careers
We are an in-house multi-disciplinary team, delivering reablement into an individual’s home. Our Community Response Team (CRTs) support individuals to regain and learn new skills to remain or return to live in their own homes.
Our locations
We run Nursing, Residential and Respite Homes plus Day Services throughout Hampshire. Our Homes have parking and good access to public transport networks. Our Day Services are in the heart of our communities. They often share buildings with other providers, such as community centres or libraries.
