We have invested in two dragon patcher machines to carry out repair work on Hampshire roads. The vehicles are proving their worth, providing a more cost effective and efficient way to fix Hampshire’s roads.
The dragon patchers can mend road defects up to five times faster than conventional methods and can work through all weathers, using the flames (that inspired the term dragon patcher) to heat or dry frozen or wet roads.
In just two minutes, the dragon patcher cleans and seals the road with stone and hot bitumen, allowing traffic to flow again freely as the road is ready for use immediately.
