Training pathways

Learning and Development work in collaboration with the Reablement service to ensure staff receive inspiring, innovative and current learning and development support, to enable each team member to have the skills, knowledge, values and behaviours to undertake their role successfully.

The training pathway outlines the expected core training required to work in the service, followed by training required for each specific role. This enables all staff to be aware of the support and training available to them both in their current role as well as roles they may aspire to within their career.
