Lisa has worked in the public/voluntary sector in Hampshire for the past 40 years in a variety of roles. Starting off in housing, and moving into working with young people, Lisa completed her Youth and Community professional qualification in 1991, the Graduate Certificate in Practice Education in 2004 and a Master's in Education in 2006. Between 1991 and 2004 she was Chief Executive of a Hampshire-wide charity, Voices – giving Scope to Parents and Children. She has been a visiting lecturer and/or adviser to several Universities in the field of Social Care/ Youth and Community Work including Reading, Southampton and The University of Winchester. Lisa was awarded an Honorary Fellowship from The University of Winchester in October 2018.
