Tenders invited.  Arrangements to be in accordance with Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995.  Rent reviews will apply. 

Water

The water supply to the farm is via a main which runs from Meon Road, through the estate serving Little Brownwich, Upper Brownwich, Lower Brownwich and the various other properties on the estate. Hampshire County Farms currently manages payment of the main meters and recharges the tenant for any water consumption on the sub metered supply to Little Brownwich Farm. Hampshire County Farms accepts no responsibility for losses arising as a result of a failure in the water supply either in quantity or quality. It is the Tenants responsibility to check the meters on a regular basis and ensure there are no leaks.
