The successful applicant will be responsible for controlling any weeds (docks/ragwort/thistles etc) at the site which is to be taken as seen. Please note the land may be subject to some areas of standing water in exceptionally wet periods.

Off Southampton Road. There is a small area of hardstanding off the highway before the main access gate.

Boundaries fenced but may require some improvement. Applicants must decide for themselves if the fencing is adequate to keep any stock they might wish keep on the land contained.

Subletting

The licence is personal to the Licencee. No subletting permitted.

Subject to a satisfactory first year of use and subject to mutual agreement, the licence may be renewed for a further term.
