Suitable for summer grazing for sheep/cattle or up to 6 horses. The successful applicant will be responsible for controlling any Himalayan balsam/ bramble /ragwort /thistles etc mechanically or by hand pulling (no sprays or inorganic fertilisers to be used) at the site which is to be taken as seen. Please note the land has a tendency to get water logged in very wet periods and therefore needs active management and grazing during summer months.
