The successful applicant will be responsible for controlling any Himalayan balsam/ bramble /ragwort /thistles etc mechanically or by hand pulling (no sprays or inorganic fertilisers to be used) at the site which is to be taken as seen. The land has a tendency to get waterlogged in very wet periods and therefore needs active management and grazing during summer months.

Applicants must decide for themselves if the fencing is adequate to keep any stock they might wish keep on the land contained.
Subletting
The licence is personal to the Licencee. No subletting permitted.
Subject to a satisfactory first year of use and subject to mutual agreement, the licence may be renewed for a further term.
