Not sure where to start and want some clear advice?

Energy bills can sometimes lead to a level of uncertainty. The Environment Centre can offer guidance for understanding your energy bills as well as information about grants and funding that may be available to you. (Find out more about the energy price cap).

You might also want to find out more about renewable energy options, insulating your home, or saving water.

As well as advice on saving energy, The Environment Centre also has guidance on how you can become at home.

If you have an enquiry that is more complicated, or you would like to speak to someone directly, you can speak to an advisor via the freephone service.

Hitting The Cold Spots

If you or someone you know is struggling to keep their home warm, The Environment Centre may also be able to provide support through the Hitting The Cold Spots initiative. Some services have eligibility criteria, but you can speak to an advisor to talk through the best possible solution.
