Spring Clean Your Life at New Milton Library
If you are stressed out by modern life or have a health condition which needs dietary help, have had life changes thrust on you such as bereavement or loneliness or want to make your life more interesting, then this is the course for you.
The 6 weeks will cover diet, nutrition, what is in our food, life style - making changes or moving forward in life, improving self-confidence, mindfulness (living in the moment) dealing with stress and relaxation techniques.
(Please note although we can look at how to help health conditions in general, we cannot give medical advice)
Course Tutor. Simone Howard is a qualified Nutritional Therapist, chef, life coach and stress therapist and has been an Adult Education Tutor for over 20 years.
This course could lead to a further course in food, nutrition or other health related areas.
