Learn techniques to build on self-confidence and managing anxiety.

This course is aimed at learners who feel that they have emotional barriers in the way of moving forward and reaching a goal and would benefit from techniques to build on self-confidence and managing anxiety. Goals: >To describe the concepts of self-confidence and self-esteem in the arena of anxiety and depression. >Identify and use cognitive behavioural therapy worksheets >List/describe alternative therapies and self-help techniques >To complete some self-awareness work using a SWOT analysis and Jo-hari window models >Approach a meeting, discussion or interview with confidence and utilise the skills you have learnt. >Plan your next steps to great develop your wellbeing. Tuesday's 15th, 22nd, 29th January, 5th, 12th, 19th February 2019. 1pm - 3pm
