Improve your breathing, concentration and coordination while building stamina, staying active and relaxing with mat based Pilates for beginners
No previous knowledge or experience is required
By the end of the course you will be able to...
- Engage your core and pelvic floor muscles for improved stability
- Establish a neutral spine and improve your posture
- Breathe correctly to aid precision of movement and relaxation
- Carry out at least 8-10 Pilates exercises
You will need to bring: a Pilates mat or towel
Please wear comfy clothes for ease of movement (no jeans!)
