This motivating and upbeat dance inspired course aims to increase your heart rate, step count and promote wellbeing. You will follow dance workout routines to a variety of uplifting popular chart tracks to provide you with energy and motivation for your day.
The sessions will also feature strength exercises for the upper and lower body, a dance inspired arm and thigh sculpting workout, core strength exercises and a stretch and cool down.
By the end of the course you will be able to...
- Demonstrate improved fitness by performing dance inspired routines
- Demonstrate improved core strength by performing exercises to strengthen and tone the abdominals
- Display improved strength and tone in the upper and lower body by performing dance inspired arm and thigh sculpting exercises
- Display improved flexibility through the performance of a variety of dance inspired stretches
