This Holistic health course is looking at how to live in harmony with the seasons, daily rhythms and self-care. Each session begins with a breathing exercise (pranayama), we then look at different ideas to support health from the perspective of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and the sessions end with a short, guided meditation.
By the end of the course you will be able to...
- Perform and plan holistic calming techniques (minimum 2) such as facial tapping, meditation and self care rituals
- Display pranayama (breathing exercises)
- Demonstrate knowledge of their particular dosha and how to make (at least 2) adaptations in relation to their personal combination
