If most of your anxiety is experienced in the workplace the on-line Dealing with anxiety in the workplace course will be more suitable.
By the end of the course you will be able to...
- Identify tools/techniques that can be used to manage anxiety in 2 different situations
- Describe what anxiety is and why we experience this
- Recognise negative automatic thoughts and understand where they come from
- Identify cycles of behaviour and how these can be changed
There will be a lot of self-reflection and work will be set to be done between sessions
