No previous knowledge or experience is required. You will be required to complete a health check form prior to the course commencing.
By the end of the course you will be able to...
- Perform a number of yoga postures to your own ability
- Practise breathing exercise and be aware of the benefits
- Practise simple yoga meditation and relaxation
- Practise mindfulness techniques to reduce your stress levels
You will need to bring: Yoga or exercise mat, wear suitable loose comfortable clothing. Don’t forget a bottle of water
