This course will help you pinpoint and verbalise personal challenges and factors that cause stress. You will then discover and work through strategies to help develop your own personal resilience. This is not therapy or counselling.
By the end of the course you will be able to
- Explain the effect and implications of stress
- Identify when an experience or situation becomes challenging/stressful
- Explore how individuals could increase their adaptability to situations
- Demonstrate the use of techniques and tools to manage stress/the causes of stress
