Pilates can help to change the way you look, feel and the way you move by increasing muscle tone and flexibility.
Some previous experience is expected, ideally a beginners course such as Breath, Stretch and Relax Pilates.
By the end of the course you will be able to...
- Engage your core and pelvic floor muscles for improved stability
- Establish a neutral spine and improve your posture
- Breathe correctly to aid precision of movement and relaxation
- Carry out at least 8-10 Pilates exercises.
