The course will give you the tools to help manage the emotional barriers to your success; no previous knowledge/experience required.

By the end of the course you will be able to...

  • Describe the nature of low self-esteem and recognise self-destructive thinking
  • Explore, recognise and name at least 5 of your positive qualities to gain a more balanced view of yourself
  • Challenge self-critical thoughts by building on your strengths
  • Pull it all together and produce an action plan.
