This course is open to all over the age of 60 years of age and anyone younger with a health condition where lower impact movement to music may be more suitable.

By the end of the course you will be able to…

  • To perform exercises to music demonstrating improved mobility, co-ordination, rhythm, movement memory and balance
  • To perform a variety of exercises to demonstrate improved strength
  • To perform stretches to demonstrate improved range of movement and flexibility
  • To demonstrate an awareness of alignment and core stability when performing balance exercises
