Research suggests that music can stimulate the body’s natural feel good chemicals. It can help energise our mood and even help us work through problems and provide an outlet for us to take control of our feelings. Music can help promote wellness, manage stress, express feelings, enhance your memory and even improve communication.
This course is for complete beginners or those who have perhaps tried teaching themselves a little bit but would like more structure and guidance.
No previous knowledge is required but prerequisite skills include: ability to use individual fingers.
