4 week course

This four-week course is aimed at people who are looking for a self-help approach to managing the signs and symptoms of anxiety.We will consider both the physical symptoms and the way we think about fear and anxiety. We will learn techniques of how to lessen the intensity of the thoughts and feelings and look at ways to manage our relationship with fear.
Advance booking is required, so please pop into the library, call the booking line or book via the online shop. You will be asked to complete a form which will go to your tutor and if you would like a conversation with the tutor before the course starts this can be arranged.
This course will have a maximum of 8 learners. You will need to bring a pen and notebook.
