Senior Citizens Fitness for Wellbeing

This course runs on Thursdays from 25 April to 23 May 2019 at 11.35am.

No previous knowledge is required. The class format will be fun and informal to inspiring popular chart music through the decades and music from films and musicals. The class will start with a warm up, centre work both seated and standing and will finish with the learning of a simple routine. A cool down and stretch to improve range of movement will conclude the class. This will also provide a chance for socialising and having fun.

For the first session you will need to buy/bring:

  • comfortable clothing and foot wear to move in
  • a drink

Progression opportunities from this course are future fitness classes for seniors.

Attendance is expected at each session to ensure that you get the most out of your learning experience and to minimise disruption for other learners. Please advise the venue/tutor of any absence you may have.
