Watercolour Mixed Ability at Fleet Library

Learn the basics of watercolour painting or expand on your current knowledge

25 April 2019 7pm to 9pm

Thursdays from 25 April to 27 June, 7pm to 9pm.

About the course

On this course you will learn the basics of watercolour painting or expand on your current knowledge in a fun, safe and friendly atmosphere.

No experience necessary, just bags of enthusiasm and to embrace happy mistakes and the 'trial and error' technique.

The tutor will prepare different exercises during the course (these are always optional as you might desire to develop your own individual project), these exercises are normally 2 to 5 sessions long. The proposed exercises will be based on a particular watercolour technique (usually incorporating other media) or subject (if you want to work with a particular technique different from the one proposed that is absolutely fine). During the course learners can also propose a particular technique or subject as part of the Course Scheme.

You will need to bring art materials you wish to work with.

Please pick up a list of items we recommend for the course at Fleet library or contact the library and we can email it.
