Take part in a Hampshire-wide poppy display at libraries to mark the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War, inspired by the iconic Tower of London poppies.
How to take part
Paint, knit, fold or sew your own poppy and bring it into your local library from Saturday 13 October before the anniversary on Sunday 11 November. The poppies will be incorporated in library poppy displays. Visitors will be encouraged to donate to the British Legion’s annual Poppy Appeal.
You can make a poppy to your own design, or use one of our printable ‘how to’ guides and video tutorials.
