Join this series of “walk & talk” nature-based workshops to keep your mind and body healthy!

Sessions will be led by Dr Helen Molden, chartered counselling psychologist and psychotherapist who has a specialist interest in health psychology, helping people raise awareness of and maintain an integration of good mental and physical health.

The sessions are a mixture of discussion and practical exercises that will incorporate the natural world with the latest psychological research. Benefits include:
