Learn about of the 8 limbs of Hatha yoga while increasing your feeling of well-being.

  • Perform postures to develop back flexibility and strength
  • Improve shoulder, neck and hip mobility
  • Strengthen abdominal muscles
  • Learn a variety of energy control techniques
  • Perform balancing practices 

Hatha Yoga is actually what most people would call yoga. This is a system of yoga pioneered in India by a 15th Century Yogic Sage named Yogi Swatmarama. Hatha Yoga is a system of yoga most popular in the world and is commonly practised in the West.

Previous knowledge/experience:

No previous knowledge or experience is needed. Beginners will be made welcome.

You will need to:

  • Bring a yoga or exercise mat and a bottle of water
  • Wear loose comfortable clothing
  • Extra layer of clothing/a blanket for relaxation
