A multi-agency course focusing on prevention, early intervention & what good safeguarding practice is, detailing your responsibilities for raising a safeguarding concern ensuring an MSP approach.
This course will enable you to:
- Identify what you can do in your role which contributes to the prevention of safeguarding concerns
- Explain how to recognise and respond to suspicions, allegations and disclosures of abuse
- Identify the links between safeguarding adults and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Describe how a safeguarding concern may be managed and identify your role in this
