About us

Open Tuesday to Friday, Solent Mead Day Centre is a vibrant social group where friendships grow. We have a varied activity programme that includes armchair exercise/yoga, card/board games, reminiscence groups, crafting/art groups and cooking.

As well as a good entertainment programme, we also have bus trips out to enjoy our lovely forest and seaside or for coffee mornings out and about. Our in-house kitchen produces high quality meals with a varied menu to suit our clients.

The dedicated staff at Solent Mead are helpful and well trained to help every client enjoy their day.
