Funding your course

Think about how you are going to pay for your course. If you require qualifications at Level 2, Level 3, Level 5 or Level 6 it will be necessary to self-fund or take out a student loan. Your local college/training provider will be able to provide you with more information about a student loan.

Find a course

Consider your preferred way or time of learning. Think about when you can attend a course, such as on Saturdays or in the evening. Contact the training provider of your choice for further information and advice and check that the course times and details are suitable for you. 

You should discuss and approve your training request with your setting manager or supervisor before apply to the training provider for a place on the course.
