Step 1: Application details

Children who perform in a licensed public or entertainment event must be supervised by a parent, tutor or approved chaperone. Chaperones look out for the health, safety and welfare of the child at the performance venue.

If this is a new application and you are a volunteer the price is £25. If you are also registered with the DBS update service then the price will reduce to £18.

Professional

If this is a new application and you are a professional the price is £80. If you are also registered with the DBS update service then the price will reduce to £33.
