What happens at an assessment
We will assess your child by observing them and working with them using technology (hardware, software and peripherals).
Following assessment a written report is shared with parents/carers and school.
Alternative computer mice may be explored during an assessment
Alternative computer keyboards may also be explored
We might look at software to enable curriculum access

Where the assessment takes place
The initial assessment will usually take place in the educational setting, at pre-school, school or college.

Who will assess your child
One of our Specialist Teacher Advisers will assess your child. Other professionals or agencies may attend if beneficial.

Next steps
The frequency of our visits and any future assessments will depend on the needs of your child.
