Following national guidance regarding the coronavirus outbreak, weddings and civil partnerships remain suspended up to and including 14 June 2020. Beyond this date, we await further guidance from government and the General Register Office and will advise customers accordingly.
At the present time we are only able to deal with email enquiries. Please be assured that a member of our Ceremonies Co-Ordination team will respond to any queries raised as soon as possible, this may take some time, please be patient.
Guidance for couples who are due to have their marriage or civil partnership ceremonies during 2020 is set out below. Please see the bottom of this message for which email address to use: this depends on the location of your ceremony.
Ceremonies due to take place between now and 31 July 2020
Please email our ceremonies team to tell us that:
A. You want to move your current booking. This will not incur any additional cost, or
B. You want to cancel without re-booking. The cancellation policy is currently suspended until 31 July 2020 so you will receive a full refund of your ceremony fee, this excludes the non refundable booking fee.
Ceremonies due to take place between 1 August and 30 September 2020
Please wait until after 1 July 2020 to email our ceremonies team with your A or B choice explained above. Moving your current booking may incur a new booking fee. Our team will contact you as soon as possible.
