Smokefree Me is a toolkit of lesson plans and resources for teachers and youth workers to deliver information to young people about smoking.

These resources should be used as part of a whole school approach to smoking, including smokefree policy development and the promotion of stop smoking support (to teachers and youth workers, parents/carers and young people).

This toolkit was developed by Hampshire County Council.
