Global footer

Overview

The global footer on Hantsweb is the grey banner at the bottom of every page on Hantsweb which includes privacy and disclaimer notices and metadata links.

Example
WCMS use
  1. The footer can be updated using link items in Sitecore.
  2. Go to Common content > Global settings > Headers and footers > Page footer.
  3. In page footer, you can add, edit or delete link items which appear on the footers across Hantsweb.
  4. Save and publish item.
  5. You can disable this large footer from appearing on a page by selecting the checkbox to disable under Header and Footer settings of the page template.
