Educational and group visits

The chance to see many aspects of traditional farming, and to explore the realities of everyday country life

Manor Farm demonstrates farming techniques from 1850s onwards with a chance to see different farm animals and to explore the realities of everyday country life. It provides a valuable hands on experience for outdoor learning and is a perfect place to bring learning to life.

This unique site, right on the river Hamble offers something for all ages.

School groups

We offer a range of exciting historical and environmental activities for all key stages and abilities and for community groups which can either be guided by the Education Team or self led. Group leaders and helpers are encouraged to become involved in all the activities.

Larger groups

We can cater for large groups or organisations wanting to visit for a fun day out. Take a look at our self guided activities which can be adapted to suit your groups.

Why not make a day of it and book one of our BBQ sites in River Hamble Country Park.
