Using your Country Park

The personal data you provide will be treated in accordance with Data Protection Legislation.

BBQ bookings

Your data will only be used to process your booking and provide you with information about your booking. It will not be shared with third parties other than ‘BookingLive’ our booking system provider. Your data will be retained for a maximum period of seven years from the date of your booking. The legal basis for our use of this information is Performance of a Public Interest task.

Events/bookings/enquiries

Your data will only be used to process your enquiry or booking and provide you with information about your enquiry or booking. It will not be shared with third parties. Your data will be retained for a maximum period of one year from the date of your booking. The legal basis for our use of this information is Performance of a Public Interest task.

Membership

Your data will only be used to process your membership, and provide you with information about your membership. It will not be shared with third parties. Your data will be retained for a maximum of one year from the expiry date of your membership. The legal basis for the use of this information is Performance of a public interest task.

Visiting

CCTV is in operation at many of our sites for security purposes to protect staff and customers. Automatic Number Plate Recognition is in operation at many of our sites to assist with management of car parking fees.

Visitor usage is monitored using O2 Smart Steps which is a joint initiative between Telefonica Dynamic Insights (part of Telefónica Digital) and GfK Smart Steps. Anonymous data such as gender, time and age may be collected from mobile phone users, and used to help us better understand visitor patterns across the sites and improve the products and services offered. We do not receive any personal customer data such as name, address, phone number or usage.
