Free Strength and Conditioning Classes

Join us for some low impact exercise classes in the beautiful surrounding of Queen Elizabeth Country Park

Join us on Wednesday mornings for a free low impact exercise class, the ideal way to begin your fitness journey.

During the Strength and Conditioning classes, our instructor Ruth, will guide you through some gentle exercises showing you the correct technique for each one. The classes will include core work, flexibility, balance and resistance work for the whole body.

Attendees have seen improvements to their balance and flexibility, feel stronger and more energised.

Some of the many benefits of Strength and Conditioning are:

What you need to know:

  • Meet at 10.30am by the Pizza Oven. Simply head up the internal road, all the way to the top at Juniper Car Park, then walk along the wide track next to the toilets / café and you will find Ruth on the right-hand side.
  • Classes will be about 1 hour long.
  • You will need to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing for exercising in and suitable for the weather conditions. Please bring an exercise mat if you have one.
  • All participants must complete a health questionnaire before they take part in their first activity.
  • There are limited spaces so please make sure to book.
  • Parking charges apply at all times.
