This is a ladies social ride around the local trails led by an experienced British Cycling Breeze Champion. Those nervous about riding off road, are very welcome.

• Meet at Benhams Car Park ready to ride at 10am.
• Helmets are compulsory and please double check your bike is trail worthy before attending.
• The ride is self-supported so please bring any spares you may need.
