Join us for a slow paced cycle, meeting in front of the Queen Elizabeth Country Park visitor centre. This is a social ride for people of any age, the ride will be at an easy pace and the leader will ensure everyone has time to catch their breath. Those nervous about riding off road, are very welcome. We will either head out on the rights of way network and link up with quiet country lanes or play in the park.

What you need to know
• Booking is essential.
• Meet in front of the Visitor Centre ready to ride at 2pm.
• Helmets are compulsory and we recommend wearing gloves and sports glasses. Please double check your bike is trail worthy before attending.
• The ride is self-supported so please bring any spares you may need - water, snack, puncture repair kit, extra layers.
• Parking charges apply at all times.
