The QECP Trail Collective volunteer group are organising a social evening at QECP. This will be a no-drop ride around the local bridleway network and MTB trails with some connecting roads. Suitable for all MTB riders we will split the group if needed and meet back at the visitor centre for a chat, pizza and to watch 'Shires – A British Bicycle Film'. The ride is self-supported so please bring any spares you may need.
For an additional £20, eMTB hire is available from Southern ebike rentals. Please book this separately.
Camping at Coney Acres over the weekend will mean you can enjoy CycleFest the next day and Park Yoga on Sunday morning. Pitches start at £15 per night. Please book this separately via campsite booking pages.
What you need to know:
- Booking is essential.
- Please arrive for 6pm.
- Meet at the back of the Visitor Centre by the café outdoor seating area.
- Helmets are compulsory and please double check your bike is trail worthy before attending.
- The ride is self-supported so please bring any spares you may need.
- Children are welcome but need to be able to ride at least 15 miles / 24 km and are the responsibility of, and must remain with, their guardian at all times.
- Ticket price includes a pizza (please let us know if you require a gluten free or vegan option) and one drink. Other beverages will be available to purchase at the event.
- Parking charges apply at all times.
- Queen Elizabeth Country Park operates a policy of no refunds or exchanges for event and workshop tickets. We cannot refund any tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions, however if we cancel the event due to weather or health and safety reasons, we will either reschedule the event or refund.
