Join us for a short gentle stroll across the top of Butser Hill.
Experience the changing seasons and enjoy spectacular views across the South Downs. You will be able to walk at your own comfortable pace.
What you need to know
- Meeting at 10am outside the Butser Roundhouse Café.
- Walks will be relatively flat and take up to 1 hour covering 0.5 - 1 miles at a gentle pace.
- You will need sturdy footwear and comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions, we recommend wearing long trousers or leggings. The hill top is very exposed to the elements so do bring enough layers and waterproofs.
- Due to the exposed nature of the area we will need to cancel the walks in the event of heavy rain and winds.
- Parking charges apply at all times.
