The Resolution Trail Run is here to help you keep your New Years Resolution and kick off 2022 the right way! Starting at Staunton Country Park, a large country park situated between the A3 and A27, it is conveniently located and easy to get to. The large new tarmac car park is ideal too.
This amazing early season trail run has it all, spectacular tree lined trails, magnificent views of the open countryside, an ornamental lake, and ancient follies. The route offers a spectacular mix of trail running conditions including gravel paths, sturdy trails, and tree lined single track trails.
There are 2 routes to choose from which explore the parks’ extensive network of stunning trails and tracks - an ‘epic’ 15km route and a 10km standard route. The variety of the terrain and constantly changing view will give you a real sense of being at one with Nature and allowing your mind to wonder whilst your legs clock up the kilometres.
What better place to experience trail running than with a course that allows you to experience multiple terrains and overloads your senses with such a variety of incredible views. Regardless of experience or ability, we actively encourage new runners to our events and have 2 route lengths to cater for all levels of running. There are no cut off times or pressure. We want you to finish and have an incredible experience.
At the finish you will receive a well-deserved medal, protein bar, pair of running socks and neck buff. Catering will also be available to top up the energy stores.
