A woodland wellbeing forest bathing session normally lasts for around 1 1/2 hours. Expect a mindful, slow paced stroll immersed in the natural environment. We will be moving at approximately 2-3 miles an hour.
The session will be led by Kate from Woodland Wellbeing, a Shirin-Yoku (forest bathing) practitioner and Silvotherapist. She will invite participants to join in activities developed to help engage all their senses in their forest bathing experience. there will also be opportunity for quiet reflection. We will pause for a restorative tea and allow nature to guide our supportive conversations
