We’re excited to announce after a four week closure, our revamped play area is now open! Launching on Saturday 8 April, in time for the Easter holidays, why not visit Lepe to try it out!
You’ll be able to test your balance on our new snake balance beam, glide through the air on our new track rider and soar high and low on our new swings which includes an accessible ‘basket’ swing.
For the little ones, our forest hideaway comes with a slide and is great for climbing and hiding! Our new woodland themed play park includes ‘bug springers’ and a see-saw as well as a children’s picnic table.
We hope you enjoy the new additions, they make for perfect springtime play!
Elsewhere, the team is gearing up for the Easter holidays – we’re open as usual across the Park and you can look forward to various activities on offer. Our Wildplay Wander is on Monday 10 April, where you can hunt for woodland mini-beasts, build dens and look for creatures on the seashore.
You can also take part in our annual Easter trail around the Park for just £2, which includes an egg-citing prize – head to the Park office to get involved – the trail runs from 8 to 23 April (excluding Easter Sunday).
Our café is open as usual, serving a range of hot and cold snacks and drinks, so if you fancy a warming soup after a bracing spring walk, or afternoon tea with delicious homemade cakes, please do call in. As always, if you have any comments or suggestions you can get in touch with us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or if you’re down at Lepe you can pop in to the office to chat to the team.
