New rangers are raring to go at Lepe

Introducing two new members of the team managing the Park

Adam and Mark

With so many positive things happening around the park to our buildings and environment, we thought we should take this opportunity to introduce two of our newest members to the team who help manage the Park. Over the last couple of weeks we welcomed Adam Cooper and Mark Wheeler to our Ranger team.

Together, Adam and Mark help us look after the conservation areas, make sure the site is safe for our visitors and also put on numerous events and activities for everyone to take part in.

At this time of year, they’re also busy providing schools from across the county with inspiring education visits which include explaining coastal processes, running mini-beast ID hunts, orienteering opportunities and much more. If you see them around the park on your visit – do say hello!

Adam and Mark join the team at a busy time as we gear up for half-term and the summer holidays. One of our biggest events is just around the corner, Lepe into Action! Join us on Wednesday 31 May for a chance to try out different types of sporting activities including archery, orienteering, boules, cricket and more! It’s a free event to take part in although parking charges apply as usual.

Did you know you can find out more about what’s happening around the park on social media? Find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to keep up to date.

As always, if you have any comments or suggestions you can get in touch with us via email or if you’re down at Lepe you can pop in to the office to chat to the team.
