A letter from the Director

Dear Members,

I do hope that you are keeping safe and well.

Further to my message last week, I am writing to update you on your Membership during these challenging times.

I do appreciate that the closure of the Gardens, and our collective need to self-isolate and stay well, has resulted in an inability for you to use your Membership.

In recognition of this unforeseen situation, and to thank you for your on-going support, we will extend your Membership by the period of time that we are closed (which is as yet, an uncertain timeframe). We will also freeze our Membership prices until April 2021. We will work on the practicalities of this over the coming months, so that no one will miss out on time in the Gardens.

**UPDATE ON DIRECT DEBITS** We are still able to process direct debits payments but we are currently unable to post out new membership cards. Direct debit payments will be taken as scheduled and when the Gardens have re-opened we will post out your new membership cards with the extended expiry date. All direct debits will then be amended to match the new expiry month for the next renewal payment.

Some of you may have purchased tickets to forthcoming events and workshops. If the event or workshop has been cancelled or rescheduled, we will be in touch as soon as we are able with further information. For the most up to date announcements, follow us on Facebook@HillierGardens

Thank you for your continued support of the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, and our charitable work, which is so much appreciated. We anticipate that the coming months will have a significant financial impact on the Gardens.
