Jermyn’s House

Jermyn’s House is a large and elegant 18th century manor house that sits within 180 acres of beautifully curated gardens.

Originally the Hillier’s family home, it now contains the Garden Restaurant and serves as the administrative centre for the Gardens. The house also accommodates three meeting rooms, the Magnolia and Cedar Rooms on the first floor (accessible by stairs only), and the Roy Lancaster Room on the ground floor.

Jermyn’s House is accessible via its own separate entrance and car park subject to prior arrangement.

Magnolia Room

The Magnolia Room is our largest room and is situated on the first floor of Jermyn’s House with access by stairs only.

It is suitable for up to 40 people in the theatre style making it perfect for larger presentations. The Magnolia Room is a large, bright, dual aspect room with windows overlooking Magnolia Avenue and the Jermyn’s House lawn (previously Sir Harold Hillier’s private garden).

Available Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) 8.30am to 5pm for full day conference hire only.

Cedar Room

The Cedar Room is located on the first floor of Jermyn’s House with access by stairs only and is a lovely room overlooking the house’s lawn (previously Sir Harold Hillier’s private garden).

Roy Lancaster Room

The Roy Lancaster Room, situated on the ground floor of Jermyn’s House, offers flexibility and is fully accessible.

This room is our second largest and has a wall of windows overlooking a courtyard. The wooden floor makes it perfect for more practical workshops and meetings.
