Sir Harold Hillier Gardens offer several sophisticated spaces to make your next business function truly unique.

Each function hire includes free access for your guests to the world-renowned gardens and arboretum.

The hire of each venue includes:

  • Cleaning before and after your event
  • Set up of the venue before arrival
  • Free on-site parking
  • Free Wi-Fi (subject to registration).

Jermyn’s House

Jermyn’s House is a large and elegant 18th century manor house that sits within 180 acres of beautifully curated gardens.

Originally the Hillier’s family home, it now contains The Garden Restaurant and serves as the administrative centre for the gardens. As well as The Garden Restaurant, Jermyn’s House contains three meeting rooms (The Magnolia Room, The Roy Lancaster Room, and The Cedar Room) and a conference room (The Queen's Room) that can be hired independently or together for greater capacity depending on the needs of your function.

The manor house is accessible via its own separate entrance and car park.

The Magnolia Room

The Magnolia Room is our largest room and is situated on the first floor of Jermyn’s House with access by stairs only.

It is suitable for up to 40 people in the theatre style making it perfect for larger presentations. The Magnolia Room is a large, bright, dual aspect room with windows overlooking Magnolia Avenue and the Jermyn’s House lawn (previously Sir Harold Hillier’s private garden).

Available Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) 8.30am to 5pm for full day hire only.

The Roy Lancaster Room

The Roy Lancaster Room, situated on the ground floor of Jermyn’s House, offers flexibility and is fully accessible.

This room is our second largest and has a wall of windows overlooking a courtyard. The wooden floor makes it perfect for more practical workshops and meetings.

The Cedar Room

The Cedar Room is located on the first floor of Jermyn’s House with access by stairs and is a lovely room overlooking the house’s lawn (previously Sir Harold Hillier’s private garden).
