Relax, reflect and recharge with a Forest Bathing experience. An evidence-based, transformative wellbeing practice that's modelled on the Japanese pursuit known as Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to 'bathing your senses in the atmosphere of the forest'.

Leave all your responsibilities behind for 3 hours of guided meditation, mindfulness and connection to the natural world. As the mind quietens and the body slows down, heart rate, anxiety and stress levels drop, and a state of deep relaxation is reached. It's nothing like your average walk (you won't walk far at all) and mobile phones and chit chat are discouraged.

The event will go ahead in most weather and is facilitated by an experienced and qualified mindfulness and Forest Bathing guide.

It is so much more than a walk in the woods!
