A Criminal Passion - Writing Historical Mysteries

Join local author Claire Gradidge, winner of the 2019 Richard and Judy ‘Search for a Bestseller competition’, who will talk about the way photographs, maps and memories of Romsey and the surrounding area shape her WWII Josephine Fox historical mystery series. Charting a countryside which is vanishing, the books offer ‘tantalising Golden Age mysteries’ which ‘capture the atmosphere of wartime Britain.’
Books will be available for signing on the day.
Coffee at 11am, followed by lecture and a two-course lunch served in Jermyn’s House set in the heart of the Gardens.
