A day to get away from it all to enjoy the simplicity of exploring the natural world using our senses. As we slow down to move the body with mindful care, breathe and learn to pay kind attention using nature as a focus, we discover the beauty, serenity and harmony of living in the present.
The day is led by Yasmin Zaman an accredited and registered MBSR and MBCT therapist and therapeutic yoga teacher with 20 years’ experience working in mental health.
